About the role
Your role as a Compliance & Administration Officer will be far from one dimension. You will undertake a wide range of administrative tasks including, updating compliance and administration folders, updating the compliance and administration dashboard, and ensuring they are continuously kept up to date.
Your goal will be to ensure that the department`s work will be running smoothly and effectively in delivering maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Opening and updating compliance and administration folders by the set standards internally.
Filling forms and pulling supporting documents for business development due diligence
Ensuring that Inventory of Viamo policies and procedures are updated.
Prepare memos following the instruction from the Director of Compliance & Administration.
Filing and archiving compliance and administration documents.
Updating all of Viamo`s legal entities summaries as soon as new and relevant information is shared
Validating Viamo`s documents that require HQ stamps
Monitoring courier, mails and informing relevant stakeholders of the tracking numbers
Creating country folders using the laid down formats and templates.
Ensuring that all required documents are in the right place.
Making an inventory of existing documents and reporting the missing ones to the Director of Compliance & Administration for the claim and follow up with the responsible or lawyer.
Compliance & Administration contact management
Managing lawyers, tax specialists, auditors, and HR specialist data contacts.
Compliance & Administration dashboard management
Updating the dashboard for the department
Inventory management :
Following up with all country's inventory for assets and equipment quarter.ly
Updating the google sheet summary and notify expiration date.

Team and Reporting Structure
Reports to Director of Compliance & Administration
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
Proven experience in Administration, and logistics. Minimum 2 years.
Understanding of Administration policies, procedures, and compliance.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; Google Suite.
Excellent written and oral communication in French.
Proficiency in the English Language. (writing and speaking)
Multi-task, dynamic, and organizational skills.
Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
Located in Antananarivo..
